The Bûche de Noël, also known as the yule log or log cake, is a classic Christmas treat. We’ve added a twist on this traditional cake with the Double Chocolate Passion Fruit Bûche de Noël. Sweet and tangy passion fruit mousse is layered with vanilla cream, hazelnut praline, dark chocolate cheesecake and chocolate biscuit. The cake is then covered in a layer of chocolate crisp before it is enrobed with milk chocolate ganache. Edible house-made details including white chocolate mushrooms, a vanilla cream Christmas tree and a bonbon ornament add to the illusion that the cake was shipped directly from Santa’s madcap workshop.
